Admin Tick began when Caroline Sidney Payne was just 24, in Chelmsford, Essex, supporting business owners with reliable, practical help with their admin, marketing and business systems.
Caroline combines empathy and a natural talent for problem-solving and firmly believes that someone outside your business often has the clearest view. Fresh eyes make it easier to spot smarter, more efficient ways of working, helping business owners discover new ways to operate. Through creative thinking, research and practical action, she’s supported businesses in streamlining processes, improving communication and saving both time and money.
Marketing is a true passion, Caroline naturally steps into the role of the customer, understanding how to reach the right audience, speak their language and create content that genuinely connects. She also loves organisation and finding clever, efficient ways for teams to communicate clearly and work more effectively together.
Since 2020, Caroline has been working at Women in Business Network (WIBN) and is in her element as their Operations and Marketing Manager. Supporting franchisees from first contact through onboarding and growth, while also managing marketing activity across the wider network and plays a key role in supporting the WIBN members to succeed and grow.
