Caroline created me a suite of 20 evergreen social media posts and she really went above and beyond and I felt like I walked away with some much more than 20 posts. Definitely a 5 star service and I've no doubt I'll be back!

I have worked very closely with Caroline for over 2 years so am very comfortable to be able to share my experience. Caroline is a HIGHLY competent VA offering a broad range of services that most businesses need, especially small SME's. However, she is set part from the majority of VA's I have worked with because of her creativity - this is both in the literal sense and with problem solving. Caroline thrives on finding solutions to whatever is needed. If she doesn't know the right solution initially, she enjoys researching, discovering and delivering the best outcomes. She has high standards, is an excellent listener and has an exceptionally calm demeanour. She switches effortlessly between clients and always makes me feel as though I am her only priority. She thrives on variety. The only thing I would change is that I wish she were my own full-time employee!

Caroline was really helpful and took the time to understand the support I needed and gave lots of advice and guidance on processes I could implement and tools I could use.
